Who doesn’t like a good ol’ robot story once in awhile, right? This week’s Fish Fry has not one but three interviews from this year’s RoboUniverse. Fish Fry field reporter Larra Morris takes us on a special guided tour through all of the rabid robotic rambunctiousness that is this year’s RoboUniverse. Larra investigates the what, where, and how of Cobots with Scott Mabie Universal Robots). In our second interview from RoboUniverse 2016, Larra chats about trends in automation and where you can get help with your next automation project with Jeff Bernstein (President - Association for Advancing Automation). Lastly, Larra checks out the Model A - a brand new personal Autonomous device with a little help from Phil Mann from 5D Robotics.

Attention all makers, engineers, and designers big and small. This week’s Fish Fry is dedicated to everyone’s favorite maker single board computer extraordinaire….the Raspberry Pi 3! In a special interview double feature, my first guest is Richard Curtin from Element14 who is here to deliver the goods on the new Raspberry Pi 3. Richard and I discuss the new features of the Raspberry Pi 3, what super cool stuff you can design with it, and how you can get your perfect Pi with element14’s Raspberry Pi customization service. Keeping with our theme, my next guest is myDevices CEO Kevin Bromber. Did you know that myDevices just announced a Raspberry Pi IoT contest? Kevin will tell you how you can enter, what you can win, and the unique way that entrants of this contest will be judged.

Your heart is pounding. Your iTunes playlist is nearing its end. The final mile is at hand and you couldn’t be happier. What if you could make your morning run smarter? In this week’s Fish Fry, we investigate sensor-enhanced fabrics from IoE (Internet of Everybody) company Sensoria that aims to do just that.
